Enjoyed my last day in Tokyo. 

 

Worked out the re-entry permit thing at the immigration office. Met my sister-in-law to pick up something, ate tempura for lunch, visited Tokyo Tower , picked up my stuff from the hotel and went to Narita. 

 

Ate sushi for dinner, picked up my luggage, then ran into all sorts of issues with my luggage, carry on, and the potential situation awaiting me at my destination that may be a problem too. 

 

For now I am boarding my flight and heading to Rwanda. I will have to see what happens after I get there.
